Situation

Video editing apps live or die on how fast a new user gets to a first finished video.

Task

I designed this iOS video editor end to end, from onboarding to export. Focus: a short first-run flow, a clear free versus Pro split, and an upgrade screen shown when the user hits a Pro feature.
